Kredium is looking for

an experienced and ambitious Social Media Manager to help us promote and manage our brand and online presence focusing on the US, Serbian, and the UAE markets. We need someone experienced in digital branding and adept at managing a strong social presence on various platforms. Expected Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop social media strategies focusing on branding and lead generation
  • Manage company’s social media pages for the US, Serbian, and the UAE company brands
  • Coordinate with the Head of Growth on creating and implementing growth strategies and plans
  • Follow up and report on strategy/plan performance
  • Work with the design team on post and promotion visuals
  • Engage with and manage multiple communities on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn: reply to questions, messages, and comments
  • Actively post on a daily basis

Key Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in the same or a similar role
  • Advanced copywriting skills in at least one of the languages: English/Serbian
  • Familiarity with some basic market and competitor research strategies
  • Excellent client management and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with followers
  • Up-to-date with the latest professional trends on major social platforms

This is a full-time position at our offices in NTP Nis. You would be working in one of the top startups in Serbia, together with a growing international team based in the US, UAE, and Serbia, with partnerships and investors from all over the world.
